Hiring Beyond Statistics (HBS2)

HBS2 is a Minority Owned Service Provider.  At our inception in 2015, we began providing staffing solutions to start-up companies in the St. Louis, County area.  Since then, we have continuously provided solutions to evidence-based problems within small businesses throughout Missouri & Ohio.  

In 2022, we began Career Coaching. We began to facilitate individuals in gaining exceptional employment, while finding purpose and fulfillment within their career. 

We’ve realized the need wasn’t simply in finding jobs for the people we serve. There was a greater need for purpose, and a sense of belonging.  The people we served needed Careers.

Career Coaching 

Career coaches help their clients identify, land, and/or create their dream jobs. They help them reach their career goals in a variety of ways, including exercises to identify the right roles or industries, resume and interview coaching, professional goal setting, and accountability support. Coaches also work with clients on improving productivity or leadership, getting a raise or promotion, honing communication skills, or achieving other aims outside of the job search such as entrepreneurship.

Our diversed team of Certified Career Coaches have been exposed to, trained, and have direct hands-on experience across 15 industries.  With a combined 40 different job titles, our experience speaks directly to our qualifications in career coaching.  We teach effective ways to further your career, and conversely, we identify when it’s time to let your current career go.

Our sustained experience combined with genuine interest in the wellbeing of others, helps our clients focus on, reflect, and refine their careers.

Business Solutions

We serve as a bridge, connecting passion driven candidates to welcoming equal opportunity employers. HBS2 assists in promoting new businesses by providing custom marketing and advertising materials.  In addition to these services, we assist businesses with identifying operational issues such as causes for high turnover and declined productivity.
